The average amount of time it takes for one of our products to be decorated after proof approval and before shipping. The time is measured in business days and generally does not include weekends, holidays, and other notable days.
The estimated time it takes a shipping carrier like FedEx or UPS, but not exclusively FedEx or UPS, to deliver your order from our production facility to the shipping address on your order. Please be sure to check with your carrier for days of operation, any potential delays, and delivery schedule.
Some products are available with certain decoration or packaging options that may require additional production time. The additional time is generally noted on the product page but please get in touch to confirm any extended production time.
Some products are available to ship earlier than standard production time for an additional charge. Often times this is a trade off of total order quantity and decoration or packaging options.
Time Sensitive Orders
We do our best to make sure to meet all order deadlines. Please get in touch if your order is critically time sensitive so we can confirm or make arrangements for your date.
Any order cancelled before an artwork proof is sent can be cancelled at no charge. After the proof is made or for repeat orders, the order will be billed as far as processing and production has proceeded up until shipping. The minimum cancellation charge is $35.
Since all orders are custom produced we only accept returns or credits in specific circumstances such as the decoration not matching up with the approved artwork proof. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes on an approved proof. Please be sure of all spellings, color selections, and information before approving the proof. If the product color is specific, please be sure to order a sample before placing the order. All returns and credits must be approved by management. All credits and returns will be processed within 14 business days of the returned order.
We offer blank or random customized sample products for all the products listed on this site. Products listed at under $5 are offered at no charge plus the cost of shipping. Products listed at above $5 are offered at minimum quantity pricing plus the cost of shipping. We can ship using your FedEx or UPS account or we can send over an invoice for shipping costs.
Repeat orders made of orders you have placed with us within the past two years can be made without completing the order form or placing a new order. To qualify as a repeat order, the order must be the same product with the same artwork. We generally do not send artwork proofs for repeat orders.
Artwork proofs are offered with all new orders at no charge for the first received artwork. In the case of substantial change of artwork, there may be an artwork proof charge of $15. No new order will go into production without signed proof approval and cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping if proof is not approved within a timely manner.
We require EPS compatible artwork in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe PDF format. We can, however, work with whatever format you have and may lead to a delay in receiving the artwork proof. Certain files or artwork may require an artist to redraw or create based on specifications and there can be a charge for this, which you will be notified of before any work is done.
Artwork Rights & Permissions
By placing an order with us, you certify that you have the right to reproduction and use of artwork and are transferring that right to us and our partners for the purposes of this order. In the event of any contrary claim, you will not pass any liability to us or our partners and are claiming sole responsibility for use of that artwork.
We are authorized distributors of all products listed on this site. We are required to abide by certain conditions for sale of listed products as determined by product manufacturer or supplier.
